Decide the loads
Life-safety, refrigeration, IT, and one HVAC zone are different lists. Write the list. Then size the machine.

- Pad and noise. Neighbors and AOAOs have opinions. So does the county.
- Fuel. Who fills it? Where does it sit in a flood zone?
- Permit. Electrical and sometimes structural. Not a Saturday special.
