- Utilities. Have the equipment vendor in the first meeting.
- Lead. X-ray rooms are not a surprise. Shielding is a sequence.
- Phasing. Can you treat while the next suite is noisy? Be honest.
Go to a new box
Clean slate, new rent, new permit clock. On Maui that clock is real. A well-prepared dental TI still wants months of review.
